Shipping Policy

Once orders are placed for items these items will be available at the next practice session or match, or can be collected from the club every Thursday from 09h00-17h00.

Please note that we don’t ship or post any items ordered on the store.

 

Shipping Costs

No shipping costs will be applicable to any orders placed on our store.

 

Return Policy

Returns must be sent back to us within 7 days of the purchase date. They can be delivered to the club address or given to one of the coaches at a practice or match. Products must be unused, in their original packaging and with tags attached.

 

Refunds

Once we have received your item, we will initiate a return. Please allow at least 7 days from our receipt of the return for the refund to be processed. Money will be sent to your original method of payment. We will email you once your return has been processed.

 

Damaged Goods

In the event a product arrived to you damaged, please contact our customer service team at shop@phsobhockeyclub.co.za. A full refund will be issued, including the cost of shipping.
